Protesters Against Trump Administration Gather in Marquette, Michigan

Protesters gathered for a demonstration in Marquette, Michigan this afternoon, the same day as nationwide protests against the Trump administration.

Some held signs reading “No one voted for Elon Musk”, “No kings” and “Respect our sovereignty” among others as they gathered outside the United States Post Office and Court House on Washington Street.

Several dozen attended the protest, which was held on Presidents’ Day (Washington’s Birthday). Demonstrations also took place in numerous cities nationwide, including Michigan’s capital city of Lansing, New York, D.C., Denver and Los Angeles.
